By accessing and using Nirvotech Tools (tools.nirvotech.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Nirvotech Tools provides free and premium online tools including calculators, converters, AI content generators, and document processing tools. Tools are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of calculations or AI-generated content.

3. Free and Pro Plans

  • Free Plan: Access to all tools with 5 downloads per day. Advertisements will be displayed.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited downloads, no advertisements, priority AI processing. Monthly or yearly subscription via Razorpay.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload our servers
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Resell or redistribute our tools without permission

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use. We do not claim ownership of content you generate using our tools.

7. Refund Policy

Pro plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Contact support@nirvotech.in for refund requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nirvotech Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Financial calculations are estimates and should not be considered professional financial advice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
